You may report your lost baggage, damaged baggage, late delivered baggage to lostandfound@onurair.com e-mail address.

Before your flight, for your special situations such as surgery, illness, oxygen aparatus usage etc. should be declared to ground@onurair.com at least 72 hours prior departure.

You can visit our website onurair.com to buy extra legroom, excess baggage, PETC and catering.

For scheduled flights, wheelchair service requests should be made to our call center 0850 210 66 87.

If you are applying for another person, a written and signed statement indicating the data subject’s consent for the processing of his/her personal data and a copy of his/her valid identification document (e.g. passport) will be required for the processing of your application.
